4 out of 5 starsSwatch chart for Kalour 240 ct soft core is alright. I like to convert my pdf files over to jpg, and seller does have limitations embedded into the download that prevent this. Otherwise, chart is good.

How to download my Digital Purchase
Please use Etsy website to download files.
You can't download a Digital purchase on Etsy app.
-Open your Etsy account
-Click on Purchases and Reviews
- On the top right corner on Etsy Website, go to your Profile icon.
Purchased files are available in your account to download and print.
There are no download limits
Why I can't see my Digital Purchase?
Files are available after payment confirmation.
Please wait until transaction is processed. It may take a few minutes. If Download Files button is Grey, payment is still processing.
How to access my digital files on my Etsy Account?
Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account - the same account used for purchase.
Go to Purchases and Reviews
Next to Order, click on Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page, where you have access to all Files from your order.
You may access and print as many times you like.
How long to get help?
I will answer in less than 24 hours. I do my best to answer your questions immediately. If you have any problems with your file, please send a message.

What to do if Template does not match exactly my Pencil Set:
I’m keen to offer precision to my Customers.
However, Companies update products, often changing information like colour names.
I do my best to keep updated, but sometimes my Templates will reflect the previous version of a Set.
If your purchase does not match exactly your Pencil Set:
