Hiya!
CAT PASCHAL DOLCH is a graphic designer and fine artist who lives and works in Annapolis, MD, USA. She works primarily in ink, watercolor, and acrylic with an illustrative style channeling the organic lines found in woodcut, printmaking, and (always the graphic artist) combining this with a symbolic color palette and challenging, dynamic layouts. In 2009, Cat founded Captain Marketing Solutions, which has provided her the opportunity to work with a range of commercial clients.

Returns and exchanges
All personalized items will have a digital (and hard copy optional) proof sent to buyer before order is completed. Once the design is approved and printed, the pieces are non-refundable.
Payment
Any orders for which a sample has been approved by the buyer become a final sale. Before shipping and finalizing any order, The Contrary Captain sends a digital and also offers a hard copy proof for customer approval. Once a design is approved and order is created and shipped, the order is final.
The Contrary Captain will refund any digital order purchases up to 48 hours after purchase, and any paper purchases up to 24 hours after purchase. Any cost that is incurred by The Contrary Captain as a result of canceled orders (shipping, vendor penalty, etc. will not be refunded.)
PLEASE NOTE that all printed materials can vary slightly depending on variables in between batches and time frame, so this must be accounted for when ordering.
The Contrary Captain does strive to make sure that everyone is happy with the products they receive. We currently have a 100% satisfaction rating and appreciate any review you can leave, so if you're not 100% satisfied for any reason, please let us know and we will do what we can to fix any problems that you might encounter.
