I cannot know how the bracelet will hold up over time (thus the 4 stars), but my experience so far suggests it will last beautifully. I'll be back for more!

Shipping Information
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
I do ship internationally. Please note: Buyer will be responsible for any fees, taxes, or other import charges due upon arrival. This is not included in the costs here.
The United States Postal Service does not offer tracking or delivery confirmation on First Class International shipping. If you select to ship First Class internationally it is at your risk. The Cord Gallery cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items or packages that get hung up in customs. Please be familiar with your country's customs. Thanks!
International shipping can take up to a 4-8 weeks to arrive depending on your location. In most cases it takes 10-14 days. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
Care instructions
As with all leather, gold plate, metal, silver and wood products, keep away from water, lotions and perfume. Make sure to spray perfume or put lotion on before putting any jewelry on. Your accessories will last for years if you care for them well!
When will I get my item?
All items are handmade to order. Please allow 1-3 days for production.
Wrong Shipping Address?
I ship items to the address that is provided through Etsy. Please be sure your address is current or you contact me through Etsy with a change in address. Please reach out right away if you find that the address needs to be changed. If your order has already shipped, it’s too late to change the address at that point. If the package is returned to sender, I will reship it to an address of your choice. The Cord Gallery is not responsible for replacing or refunding items sent to a wrong or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Re-Sizing Chains
If you receive your order and need a chain made longer or shorter, I am happy to do that for you!
*Please note: Unless there was an error made by The Cord Gallery with the size, there is a small fee. This simply covers the cost of materials, time, shipping supplies, and postage.
Damaged Items
I gladly give refunds for damaged items or if you are unsatisfied with your order. Please notify me within 30 days of receipt and provide a picture (if damaged) of your purchase and I will issue your refund. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Thank you!
International Shipments Retrieval
I highly recommend Priority International shipping as First Class can take much longer and are sometimes difficult to track. Please note that once items clear your country's customs, items can sometimes be held at your local post office for you to pick it up. This is the customer's responsibility to be in touch with your postal office and retrieve your item(s). Thank you!
What if my package is stolen or marked delivered but I never received it?
For missing packages please contact your local post office with your tracking number. Often times it gets placed in a neighboring mailbox or door, so it's a good idea to check with your neighbors. The Cord Gallery is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise once items are marked "Delivered". Shipping insurance is recommended to cover these instances. Please reach out to me & I will do everything possible to assist with the recovery of your package.
I recommend contacting your local authorities immediately for a package you suspect has been stolen. The Cord Gallery is not responsible for stolen packages.
*If you typically have trouble with packages getting lost or taken, I highly recommend adding signature confirmation at checkout.
Missing Parts for Returns
Should you need to return an item, but have lost the pendant or chain, only a partial refund will be issued. Full refunds cannot be given on partially returned items. Thank you.
Returns
Returns are accepted on necklaces and bracelets within 14 days of your purchase. Should you have any issues with your items, please contact me right away. Due to sanitary reasons, there are no returns on earrings.
