They were excellent to work with and delivered on time. I'm very happy with how my jacket turned out and it looked perfect. It's also a very nice material that I can just wear casually when it gets colder, which I hadn't considered when I originally ordered but they had thought of and asked if I would like that. Super happy with the quality and communication too.

I am very happy with my commission (Clyde's coat from Stellar Blade). The customer service was fantastic - they were very helpful and the quality of the coat I received was high quality. First of all, this company is extremely friendly and welcoming. I was always met with a quick response from them, and they were always lovely. Entire process took around 4 months. I was asked to give a fully honest review, so I will cover everything. While the costume looks fantastic, it unfortunately doesn't fit me properly. I had my measurements taken by a tailor, so I'm confident they were accurate. The coat is just too baggy and too long on me, sadly. The shorts are hidden completely by the length of it. For the shorts themselves, I requested extra flexibility to allow posing - but they are so tight, even sitting down in them is uncomfortable. I can't raise my leg at all. That said, the quality is very good! Coat is well-made and looks great. Just too big for me. I am grateful for their hard work and time. Thank you! <3

I want to clarify I was NOT able to follow through on this order due to personal reasons, so I cannot comment on item quality or shipping. However, I still recommend The Cosplay Syndicate for all your cosplay needs! They were highly communicative and answered all of my questions no matter how small or silly. I truly believe that if I was able to follow through with this purchase, I would have loved the item(s). They do a wonderful job of checking in and giving you updates in regards to your item which I absolutely love because you don’t find many people who do things like that. Everything looks like it was perfectly made, and they even threw in things that I wasn’t aware that I was going to get because it didn’t cross my mind, but the shoes are perfectly made to fit your feet which is great. They made everything from the props to the outfit to the shoes and I think that was absolutely wonderful of them. I would highly recommend using them anytime you feel like you need something custom-made and they do such a wonderful job for such short notice because I literally need it for a con coming up in like two weeks and they had it done with enough time to spare for me to do any last-minute try in that I need before con
