Most all our items are made-to-order, meaning the picture is a sample only. A lot of our items can be customized and/or personalized to the customer's preference. Leave me a note when ordering or send me a message of any questions or preferences you have. I will work to provide you with the Best possible shopping experience.
NOTE: The Cotton Sak does reserve the right to cancel orders with customization requests that contain profanity or inappropriate language. I will contact you if I'm unable to complete your order. You will receive a full refund and your order will be cancelled.

Pillows:
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Air Dry ONLY; NO dry cleaning.
Towels:
Machine wash cold, gently cycle, tumble dry low, low iron (always use a press cloth when ironing over applique or embroidery).
Cotton Tees:
Machine wash cold inside out, tumble dry low, iron on low using a press cloth over applique as needed.

We currently do not offer gift wrapping but will be glad to ship the gift purchased directly to the recipient's address. Be sure to mark your purchase as a gift upon checking out & make sure the shipping address is correct. You can even leave a note for the recipient, as well. The note card will be printed & shipped with their package for delivery.

Most all items are made to order. Once an order is placed, I begin preparing for that order so that I can provide a fast efficient turn around with Excellent customer service. Since most all my items can be customized/personalized, I am unable to take returns or exchanges.
