The item is exactly as described, and easy to assemble, it's larger than my head so I have to add some extra padding (but I knew this when I purchased, because I know my head is smaller than average so it WILL fit your noggin). I just noticed a note on the seller's page about moving, and new baby, so I understand why communication wasn't really their top priority, I'm still going to give 4 stars on customer service because I was left in the dark about my item, I just waited patiently and it DID arrive at the very far end of the expected delivery window even after the delivery window was pushed back. Well-packaged and worth the shipping cost.
