Custom and personalized orders

Because items are created specifically for you, I can't accept returns on custom or personalized orders. However, if the item is damaged, please contact me so I can make it right. I want all of my customers to be completely happy with the items they receive.

Please note, buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, and items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the item was damaged in transit, it is up to the buyer to file a claim with the shipping company.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you live local to the Twin Cities and don't want to wait for shipping, please let me know and we can arrange a local pickup.

Wholesale availability

I do offer wholesale - if you see signs that you like and would like to order several to sell in your retail shop, please contact me.

The design I wanted is sold out! Now what?

Contact me! Odds are, I can make it for you. I try to keep a limited inventory on hand, but can usually make whatever you need.

Returns

Returns on in-stock merchandise are welcome, buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery date and item must be in new condition. In the event your return was damaged in shipping it back to me, you will be responsible for the item if you did not insure it. To start a return please send me photos of the product to start the return process.

I do not do returns or exchanges on custom orders/sale items and/or shipping/rush my order upgrades.

All replacement/warranty signs will be sent to the original ship to address.
