Website tools from a working web design studio.
I run The Creative Depot, a web design studio in Lakeville, Minnesota. I have built websites for 20 years, including 8 as marketing director for a large automotive group, and today I build performance websites for small businesses and professional services firms. Every project is done in-house. No contractors, no offshore team, no handoffs.
Every file in this shop started as something I needed on a real job. The audit checklist is the standard I score client sites against. The trackers and workbooks are the ones that keep my own projects on schedule. When a tool earned its place on enough projects, I cleaned it up, put it on the brand, and listed it here.
The thinking behind all of it is the same. A website has to do three jobs at once: feel good to use, get found by people and by AI search engines, and turn visitors into leads. Remove any one of those and the site fails, no matter how good it looks. So the checklists weight what moves those three outcomes, the templates put the important questions first, and the workbooks do the math so you can spend your time on the fix instead of the spreadsheet.
Who buys here: freelance web designers and small agencies who want a repeatable, defensible way to run client work, and business owners who want to understand their own site well enough to know what to fix first. If that is you, these files will save you the hours I spent building them.
How the files are made. I decide what each product is, who it is for, how it is structured, and what standard it holds to. I draft and lay them out with AI tools, then review and test every one before it goes on sale. If something in a file does not work the way the listing says, message me and I will fix it.
Everything is an instant download. Use it on your own sites and your client sites without limit. Do not resell or redistribute it.
