How long will it take for my order to ship?
My processing times are currently 3-5 BUSINESS days for glassware and 5-7 BUSINESS days for reverse canvas signs. This is how long it takes the item to be made and prepared for shipment. Once shipped your item should arrive within 1-3 days (not including Sundays and holidays). I do not have control over the package once it is scanned by the post office.
My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please contact me immediately if your item arrives damaged so I can make sure you are sent a replacement as soon as possible. A photo of damage is required to process your claim.
What are your Christmas deadlines?
The last day to place an order to guarantee it will arrive before Christmas is December 10th. If you order after this date, there is no guarantee it will arrive in time for Christmas.
