Shopping is available all day every day (yay!), but please take into consideration I'm located on the East coast, USA. Because of different time zones (and occasional sleep), answers to inquiries can typically be expected between 9am-5pm EST, M thru F.

The Creative Sideshow does not accept order cancellations, returns, and/or exchanges. Absolutely no exceptions. Please be 100% sure before placing your order.

I supply digital proofs for custom orders. Check carefully before approving. It is the customer's full responsibility to proofread. Once a proof is approved, the printing process begins immediately. If proof is not reviewed within 24 hrs, The Creative Sideshow reserves the right to print and ship as-is.

Colors may vary from monitor to monitor and from monitor to print. I do my best to represent colors accurately.

Per the USPS, expect 5-10 days for First Class Mail and 3-5 days for Priority Mail. While these times may be shorter depending on where you are located, please plan accordingly for a realistic time frame.

Each order is packed with care and in perfect condition when it leaves my studio. I do not offer refunds or replacements for products damaged by shipping carrier mishandling and/or avoidable weather-related issues.

Orders weighing under 2oz will be mailed as a USPS flat parcel with according postage stamps. For these orders, tracking must be requested as an add-on.

The Creative Sideshow is not responsible for missing and/or lost packages.
