All orders are paid in full before the customization process begins. I will be happy to answer any and all questions prior to your order!

Copyright and Usage Rights
The Design Brewery owns all rights to designs created. These designs can be used for promotional materials, including new listings, advertisements, etc.

All content and materials on this site, including (but not limited to): text, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video, and other materials that appear as part of this site (the "contents") are copyrights, trademarks, and/or other intellectual property owned, control licensed by Cari Trowitch and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates, The Design Brewery.

Would you like to order a sample prior to ordering? No problem! Samples can be purchased for any of my items including save the dates, invitations and program fans. Samples come generic, which means that you will receive the design seen in my listing photos. Sample orders also come with a printed swatch of colors for reference.

Invitation packages (including custom fold invitation suites and pocket suites) and program fans come ready-to-assemble. I will provide you with one assembled sample so that you have a guideline for reference. Please do not hesitate to ask for advice on assembly! If you would rather your shipment come assembled, please contact me in advance for a quote and I will be more than happy to assist you!

To proceed with your custom order, simply purchase the listing in the amount that you would like to receive.

I will then design your order custom to your details, which I will receive from you when you place your order.

All of my listings include specific "how to order" details to alleviate any confusion. Simply fill out the Details Form seen in each invitation listing description and include this information in the "Notes to Seller" when you place your order.

You will then receive a proof of your custom design for review. We will go back and forth with proofs until the design is approved by you! (three rounds of proofs are included in each design)

You will then give approval to print.

Your order includes three rounds of PDF proofs. The first round of proofs will be emailed to you after you have submitted your custom details. You may request changes two additional times, resulting in two additional sets of proofs. Each set of proofs after the initial 3 sets will be $25.

*** Certain requests that require additional design hours will incur a design fee. (map designs, major layout changes)

Fonts & Colors
Font changes are not included in the proofing process but can be accommodated on select designs for a $25 design fee. Some invitations, where the design is based around the font, cannot be changed.

If you do not see your color listed in my swatches, just let me know and I will happy to use your custom color!

You will receive tracking information with every order placed, and rush shipping is available upon request.

United States
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. Free shipping includes all states except Hawaii.

Canada
Canadian orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx and typically arrive within 2 weeks. Brokerage, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that orders can be delayed due to frequent delays at customs.

International
International orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx and typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. This is not a guarantee, but an estimate, and does not include time spent in customs. The Design Brewery is not responsible for any shipping delays due to customs.

All of my invitations are printed through a professional, corporate print vendor to ensure the highest quality print available. I hand review each proof carefully before approving your products for print.

Guest Address Printing
Guest address printing is not listed in my shop, but it is available upon request only and is subject to availability depending on current order-demand.

You will be sent an example of how your guest list spreadsheet needs to be setup in Excel.

Proofs of individual envelopes will be sent for orders that include guest addressing. Please make sure your spreadsheet has been finalized before submitting it!

Typos & Errors
The Design Brewery is not responsible for errors on printed stationery that were approved during the proofing process, so be sure to check your proofs carefully for spellings, punctuation, capitalization and grammar. I am happy to reprint your stationery at a discount in the case of an error found upon delivery.

Colors and Computer Monitors
Returns based on color are not accepted. All computer monitors are different, so your printed stationery may not match what you see on your monitor. Your printed invitations will be close to the colors shown on our printed color chart, but due to the custom nature of printing, these colors can vary slightly over time and may not match perfectly.

Silver and Gold are not printable colors. Rather, any listing that incorporates silver and gold are used with a printed swatch that best gives the illusion of silver or gold. Metallic colors can only be done with offset printing, which is not something currently offered through my shop. With this, printing metallic colors is exorbonantly expensive. Because of this, I do my best to offer alternative, affordable options!

Buyers have a 14 day period from the date they receive their order to bring up any concerns, whether it's thinking they have the wrong quantity, needing a reprint, etc.

The Design Brewery, LLC cannot be held responsible for any errors not caught within this period. This two week window is set to ensure any and all concerns are addressed immediately. Past this point, The Design Brewery cannot be responsible for lost or misplaced quantities. However if there is a problem, please let me know so that we can rectify the solution!
