How can I download my files after purchase?

After the payment, you'll be immediately redirected to your Etsy download page. At any time, you can also access your files and your digital download history by going to You> Purchases & Reviews. The files won't be emailed to you, you have to download them on Etsy via your profile. TheDigiRainbow only offers digital products, so no physical / printed products will be mailed to your home address. All my files are instantly available to download. No more waiting to get your purchase!

Why is there a PDF?

Due to their large amount of high quality images, some of my listings are bigger than the file size limit on Etsy, in which case you will get a PDF with a secure direct download link to your files inside. Just open the PDF and click on the link to download your files. It's super easy & quick and you won't have to wait for me to email you my largest files as they are instantly available after payment, just like any of my smaller files.

You can open PDFs on any device, with any browser (Edge, Chrome, Safari, Firefox etc...) as well as with any text reader app. Downloading your files is very easy but if you need help, just send me a message, I'm always happy to assist!

I have a 8.5 x 11 printer (or an A4 one). Can I still print 12x12 papers on my machine?

Absolutely! Whether you use a PC or a MAC, you really don't need a 12x12 printer in order to print your files. Any regular 8.5 x 11 or A4 printer will do just fine. The edges will simply be cropped by the machine and you'll end up with a beautiful 8.5 x 11 patterned paper. Via the option menu of your printer you can choose to print the image at full size, scale the pattern further down or even change its orientation. No need to invest in a 12x12 printer to enjoy your digital papers! :-)

Do you accept cancellation / exchanges?

Due to the digital, instantly downloadable nature of my products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, so please make sure to read the listing descriptions & this FAQ for information BEFORE ORDERING.

Digital orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order have been placed.

I'm not responsible for any issue related to a third-party software used by the buyer. I'll always do my very best to help, but no refund will be granted if the issue is not directly related to my graphics but is instead related to a software used by the buyer to edit the images purchased.

IF an order has been exceptionnally cancelled & refunded, you CANNOT use the items of that order for any commercial purposes.

What are your terms of use?

Please make sure to check with me if you have questions.

- Personal / educational use is ok
- Small commercial use, including POD is ok, as long as you use my clipart designs to create your own personal finished product, printed or printable. Printables must be in a flat format and not just be collage sheet versions of my clipart packs (the only exception being bottle caps & planner sticker sheets, but you still need to include your own creative touch to the sheets so that your end product is different than mine. More about this in the following questions of this FAQ).

Can I use your graphics to create and sell planner stickers?

Yes! You can sell planner sticker pages made with my clipart packs, either in physical format (that you ship to your customer) or in flat printable format (digital download). If you create printable stickers with my graphics you MUST give credit in the listing description with this line: "graphics by TheDigiRainbow | https://thedigirainbow.etsy.com", and each listing you make can only include 10 colors of the same image. You'll also have to add other elements of your own creation. For physical stickers (printed then shipped), credit is not necessary and you can offer up to 20 colors of the same image in one listing.

My planner stickers can also be used as icons, tabs, borders, page decoration etc... to make digital and printed planners.

General Restrictions

You cannot:
1) Share/resell/redistribute my products.
2) Create digital paper / clipart / printed scrapbook paper with my items.
3) Use my CU items commercially if you have a competing shop which also sells digital paper / clipart.
4) Convert my products into other formats (SVG, PDF etc...) or into digital collage sheets & resell them "as is" in that new format (exception to this rule: sticker sheets & bottle cap sheets, please look at the previous question).
5) Use PU products commercially.
