1. Do you sell physical products?
No. All items in my shop are digital downloads only. No physical product will be shipped.
2. How will I receive my files?
Once your payment is confirmed, you can instantly download your files through your Etsy account under Purchases & Reviews.
3. Can I get a refund or exchange?
Because of the digital nature of the products, I don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if you have any issues with your order, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help.
4. Can I use these files commercially?
No. All products are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated in the product description. You may not resell, redistribute, or use them for commercial purposes.
5. What if I don’t know how to use the files?
Each product comes with a simple guide or instructions in the description. If you need extra help, feel free to message me and I’ll guide you.
6. What should I do if I have trouble downloading?
Sometimes Etsy emails with download links may end up in your spam/junk folder. You can always access your downloads directly under Purchases & Reviews on Etsy. If you still have trouble, contact me and I’ll resend the files.
7. Can I customize the templates?
Yes! Most planners and templates are editable (details are in each listing). You can add your own text, colors, and notes to personalize them.
8. Do you offer custom designs?
At the moment, I focus on ready-made digital products, but I’m open to custom requests. Please reach out with details, and I’ll let you know if it’s possible.
