Are your products physical or digital?
Everything in The Download Office is digital. No physical products will be shipped. Each listing explains exactly what files, templates, or access instructions are included with your purchase.
How do I access my purchase?
After your payment is confirmed, you can access eligible digital purchases through your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews. Some products may include a PDF containing a link to an editable template or other digital resource. Always check the individual listing for specific access instructions.
Do I need Canva Pro?
Not unless the listing specifically says otherwise. Products advertised as working with Canva Free are designed so you can edit them using a free Canva account.
Can I edit your templates?
Editable products will clearly say so in the listing. What can be customized varies by product, so check the individual product description for details.
Can I use these products for my business?

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
