How do I download my files?
Your files will be made available to you within three minutes of purchase, depending on how fast payment takes to post. Check your Etsy receipt for a link to your files, OR go to your "You" section at the top right part of the Etsy screen and go down to "Purchases and Reviews". Your files will have a "Download" button to the right of the purchase confirmation.

When using a Cricut for the cutting files, I recommend ONLY using the SVG version of the file.

Upload the SVG version of the file into Cricut design space. Your first step is to click "Ungroup". After you click "Ungroup", select all the images from the left side you want grouped into one color and then click "Attach". If the "Attach" button is grayed out it simply means something you have selected is grouped with something else. Simply right-click the design and click "Ungroup" and then try again. Repeat this process with however many colors of vinyl you will be using. Once your design is grouped into the colored files you want, click "Make It". Don't forget to "Mirror" your images before you cut them!

Yes! If you want to size your image, though, you must make sure you have a program to do this such as Word or Adobe (This is free). PLEASE read the instructions on your heat transfer paper to see which way you should feed this into your printer and if it is necessary to "Mirror" the image.

Yes! Say you are looking at a Birthday listing that shows five different designs and the price listed is $3. This means you will receive all five images in the listing and your total will be $3.

Unfortunately, No. Every thumbnail picture is either listed with SVG, EPS, DXF, PNG, JPG underneath a design, or a label with "IMAGE ONLY" listed on the thumbnail image. In every description under "PLEASE READ", it is again made known that these are only digital images and NO physical products are sent. The listings themselves are also listed as "Digital".
