Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to get my personalized item?
Proofs are delivered within 1 week for your review. Once you approve your proof, it takes about 2 weeks for your item(s) to be printed before they are shipped (items requiring sewing like bedding, hats, headbands and car seat covers can take up to 3 weeks for production). Shipping can take up to another week within the United States depending on the shipping service used.
How early should I place my order?
We recommend ordering approximately 4-5 weeks before the date you need your order (longer during our busy holiday season) although items often arrive sooner than that. We never guarantee a delivery date 100% due to unforeseen issues that can arise during production or with the shipping/postal service.
What if my item arrives with a flaw or is damaged during transit?
If your item arrives with a flaw or is damaged during transit we will of course replace it. Please send us photos of the flaw or damage via an Etsy convo and we will have a new item made up and shipped out as soon as possible.
What if I made a mistake in the name?
It is your responsibility to provide the correct information and to review and approve the proof. If a mistake is made by us, we will correct it free of charge. If the error is yours, then we will offer a discount on the printing of a corrected item.
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
Given the personalized nature of our products, we do not generally accept returns due to changing one's mind.
How should I care for my item?
Care and use instructions for each item is outlined in the product descriptions.
Can you include a gift note with my order?
Yes, please leave your gift note in the appropriate box on the checkout page. No pricing information will ever be included in your package.
