After purchasing a digital file, you’ll see a View your files link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order.

Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation might take a few minutes.

We’ll also send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal.

If you're unsure if you've purchased a Digital Item, you can always go back to the listing page. If it is a digital download, you should see an "Instant Download" message on the images for the item.

Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time.

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, add transaction (at) etsy.com to your address book or safe list.

For now, you can still get to your file using the directions below:

Go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order.

To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.

THE STANDARD LICENSE gives permission for ONE individual to use the items purchased on ONE commercial project (ex. use with an unlimited amount of doula clients OR use with an unlimited amount of doulas in training courses).

THE EXTENDED LICENSE gives permission for ONE individual to use the items purchased on MULTIPLE commercial projects (ex. use with an unlimited amount of doula clients AND use with an unlimited amount of doulas in training courses).

In essence, the Extended License is a distinction between the use of The Educated Birth's graphics with its intended commercial audience (parents preparing for birth) and an additional commercial audience (other birth workers).

Yes. The Extended License allows you provide other birth workers with the Item(s) you have purchased through the training / program you held. It does not allow those individuals however, permission to use the Item(s) commercially for their own clients or own projects.

No. The Extended License does not allow you to place Item(s) you have purchased in a new product you are offering for sale.

Ex. You MAY NOT create a training manual composed of purchased Item(s) and sell that manual to participants in a training course. You MAY provide participants with Item(s) as a resource as a part of a paid training course.

No. There is no difference in content. The only difference is in the terms of usage.

Any items purchased before Extended Licenses were offered are considered Standard License items.

If your usage fits the Extended License, then yes, you should upgrade. Unfortunately at this time, Etsy doesn't offer me an option to "upgrade" your item, so you'll have to outright purchase the Extended License version for those terms to apply to your use.
