TheEnchantedSpore (“I,” “me,” or “my”) is operated by Sean Hicks, based in Michigan, United States. I sell original fine art photography prints through my Etsy shop at etsy.com/shop/TheEnchantedSpore. I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting the personal information you share with me. This privacy policy describes how I collect, use, and share your personal information when you purchase from my shop or otherwise communicate with me.

Information I Collect
When you place an order or communicate with me through Etsy, I may receive certain personal information. This information may include:
Your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address, which Etsy provides to me to fulfill your order. Your Etsy username and any messages you send me through Etsy’s messaging system. Any additional information you voluntarily provide, such as custom order specifications, personalization details, or pet photographs submitted for engraved jewelry products.
I do not collect your payment or credit card information. All payment processing is handled directly by Etsy through Etsy Payments.

To produce and ship your order, I share your name and shipping address with my third-party print and fulfillment providers (such as Printify, theprintspace, Lumaprints, or Ownprint, depending on the product). These partners use your information solely to fulfill your order and are bound by their own privacy policies.
With shipping carriers. Your name and shipping address are shared with postal and courier services (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or their international equivalents) to deliver your order.
To comply with laws. I may share your personal information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
To protect rights. I may share information where necessary to prevent, investigate, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or violations of my policies.

My shop is based in the United States.
