Custom and personalized orders
At this time I do not take custom orders for unique items, though I will open up custom orders in the future. At the moment I'm happy to make small changes such as weight, color, fabric to items already listed.
How long does it take for you to ship my item(s)?
Each item is unique and has it's own processing and shipping time. I make every item by hand. Nothing is pre-made or bought from outside sources. Each item is made from raw materials. Please check each item BEFORE check out to insure it will arrive by the date you need it.

Are all of your animals weighted?
No, not all animals are weighted. Some are too small to hold weight. If you do not see the weight option available on the item you are interested in, please message me BEFORE purchasing the item.
I don't see a weight option for this animal, can you add xx pounds please?
If the item has a weight option that is sold out, please do not purchase the zero pound option and ask me to add weight. Adding weight adds cost and shipping! Please message me BEFORE purchasing to see if the weight option is available or can be added.

Care instructions
If you are looking to do a little preventative maintenance and get some of the dust out of the fur of your toy, a damp cloth should do the trick. Avoid disinfectant wipes as ingredients in them such as alcohol may damage fur or colors and leave an unhealthy residue. Placing the animal in the freezer for an extended period will also kill dust mites.
To wash and dry your stuffed toy, place in a pillow case, which can reduce matting of longer plush fur. When washing, use minimal washing detergent and avoid additives such as fabric softeners which can leave residues on the plush toy. Wash using the hand wash or gentle cycle. Minimal drying in the dryer on the lowest heat setting. Sitting outside in the sun or in a sunny window is best.
