What is an eternal rose?
To make our products we use two types of roses:
-Preserved real Ecuadorian roses - also known as forever roses or eternity roses. After a specially approved preservation process, the roses retain their beautiful appearance for many years. The stabilization technique preserves the freshness and the color of the roses and makes them look as if they have just been torn off.
-Artificial velvet roses - As a model, we use some of the most beautiful flowers in nature to craft our roses. The rose head is made of high-quality velvet fabric imitating the petals of the real ones. The colors are saturated and do not change over time which makes the roses practically eternal.
When will you ship my order?
We usually ship our products within 1-2 business days after the order. As soon as they are ready, you will receive a notification with the order’s shipping confirmation and its tracking number.
When will I receive my order?
Our delivery times are estimates based on your delivery address or type of delivery.
Ordinary shipping:
-European Union - 3-5 business days
-Europe non-EU - 3-8 business days
-USA - 8-12 business days
-Canada - 8-15 business days
-Everywhere else - 18-30 business days
Express DHL shipping:
-European Union - 1-2 business days

Will my order arrive unharmed?
Over the years we have proven ourselves as a reliable seller, who seamlessly delivers each product to its recipient. Each item is secured with several layers of bubble wrap and thoroughly packaged in a box. Every package is marked with fragile and direction stickers for extra safety.
Return policy and refunds
If you are not satisfied with the product you have 21 calendar days to return it from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your item and if it is eligible for return we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment used during the purchase. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
