If I haven't shipped the order, I absolutely can do exchanges or a refund, or cancel the order (providing the order isn't a custom order). Once an order is shipped, however, I don't accept exchanges or refunds (including orders that never reached their destination; I take pictures of all orders before I mail them, so if I'm able to prove that I included the same address you provided, I assume no responsibility for your postal service's failure to do its job).

If your items arrived damaged or incorrect, or if you never received your order at all because of a mistake that I made, I take full responsibility and will send you a replacement.

In any case, just message me, and I will do my very best to honour all reasonable requests!

Canada post does not provide tracking numbers for basic letter mail. I am working on figuring out how to add a shipping upgrade to my etsy so you can purchase a tracking number if you need one, but in the meantime its not something I can offer.

This is a common question I get, and in all but one instance, the order was eventually recieved. The estimated shipping times are estimates, and not always accurate. Unfortunately, I can't always predict whether the post office will be very busy and overrun with mail, which will slow down any orders. Also, I often have been travelling when shipping, living abroad, or living in remote communities (all of which is mentioned in my shop's announcement if thats the case). This often means it may take a bit longer to reach you. If I am in one of those places, please take note in the shop announcement and plan for extra time for the shipment to arrive.

If you want something giftwrapped, please let me know IN THE ORDER in the message, or asap after ordering. Usually, patches and stickers are sent in an envelope with no packinging to minimize waste. But if you need special packaging or giftwrap, or a card, or something, let me know and I will see what I can do!
