A little about me
I am a Southern Oregon native, born and raised in Medford. My interest in rocks began as a small child when my father began taking me to the Crater Rock Museum in Central Point, Oregon. My interests grew in lapidary after visiting the museum again in 2011 as an adult. I saw all the great wonders and capabilities of the machinery in the lapidary workshop. I went on to take a class in silver-smithing from one of the club members at the Museum. After taking the class, my silver-smithing work was trial and error and personal discovery and development until I met my best friend and mentor Jakkarin Iamnok (aka Bee) in Jacksonville gems and jewelry in 2016. He took me under his wing and taught me more than I could have ever learned on my own. I refined my skills in creating jewelry and even discovered the glyptic art of carving stone while apprenticing in the jewelry store. I have been a full time artist since 2017 and continue to learn and grow in all of my crafts. I opened my own Rock shop called Crystals Etc. in Jacksonville Oregon in 2022 and then closed it a year later in June 2023 when I became a father to my Beautiful girl Charlee. I have been working from home in my home office as a stay at home dad, With a dream of one day opening another brick and mortar store here in southern Oregon.
All support and interest in my art and products I sell is greatly appreciated, and I wouldn't be where I am at today with out all the help and kindness that surrounds me.
