Anyone reputable in the field of Shamanic, Medicine Man/Woman, or a Healing nature knows that it is a journey of mentoring and guidance from a love base that the heart is capable of emitting a very powerful electromagnetic field that can be felt several feet away with the use of positive energy. It is learning to connect with Universal vibration that is felt through the heart and channeled together with the mind to bridge great distances, not in the reverse.
It is essential to know that human is enough and everyone already has all pieces of their individual pie contained within to emanate outward. It is about unconditional love and acceptance of oneself and all relations.
