Custom and personalized orders
I specialize in custom orders. We also have a variety of different techniques to make your sign and at different budget ranges. send us a message and let us know what you have in mind.
Sizing details
On most signs we have other sizes available, just send us a message prior to purchase so we can give you all the details
If your item is returned for any reason from shipping agent
If your item is returned to us because of incorrect address or non pick-up or any other postal reasons, we will attempt to reach you twice with the cost to re - ship the item. If you do not pay to have the item reshipped then after 14 days we will consider the item abandoned and no refund may be given.
Custom and personalized orders
Due to the current econimc climate at this time, I am no longer able to accept returns. Since we now offer Free Shipping along with Etsy's new fee polices returns cost us money. So we ask you double check size and colors prior to purchasing. If there is a problem with your order please contact us ASAP!
Care instructions
If you purchase a sign for outdoors:
We have sealed your sign in a Outdoor Topcoat. It is recommend that twice a year you lightly sand the sign, and respray with an outdoor topcoat (available at Home Improvement stores in the stain isle)
Seasonal Items and Returns
We do not accept returns on Seasonal items within 21 days of the holiday.
Studio Hours answering messages
Our studio hours are Monday thru Friday 9am -5pm EST. I will sometimes answer messages on Etsy after these hours or on the weekends, but not as a general rule. Your business is very important to us, but I am sure you can understand that family time is very important. So we work very hard in the studio so we can enjoy our family time.
