Please understand we can not guarantee shipping dates as we have no control over USPS. We do not pre-print the shipping labels. Once we add a tracking # your order is ready to be picked up by USPS.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the highly custom nature of our products, there will be NO RETURNS on personalized items!
You can cancel an order up until a tracking number is associated with your order. Please do not request a refund if your order is sitting in transit with the carrier we offer insurance for your purchase so if there is an issue a claim can be filed. We will not refund a transit order because you will eventually receive your purchase and then we are out the product and the refund. We are sorry during the Covid Christmas Holiday we refunded over $300 in orders and the customers received their orders and refunds. WE WILL NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS. WE WILL FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Time is of the essence: Any broken items, defective merchandise, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims will not be honored after this period! Broken or Defective Merchandise may only be exchanged for the same item, we do not offer refunds.

Due to the nature of the Glass and Ceramic production process, slight variations and small imperfections are not considered flaws. Variation in materials, production equipment, and firing temperature may result in variations in size, shape, glaze color, etc. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards and are not considered defective.
