Seller apologized and sent us a sample of the champagne color which looked like rose gold still. We appreciated the communication and problem solving to get us our custom sunglasses. We LOVE them!!!

Where do I leave my order details?
When checking out, there is a Notes section where you can leave your order details.
How are my items shipped?
Standard Flat Rate shipping ($5.95) applies to most orders. This shipping will cover USPS First Class, with tracking, and typically takes 2-5 business days. Please be aware that I can in NO way guarantee a delivery date. I can only guarantee a ship date. Once your item is shipped, it is out of my hands and out of my control.
USPS Priority (typically 1-3 business days) is available as a shipping upgrade. This is only a shipping upgrade, not a production upgrade. Production time is about 5 business days.
Are rush orders available?
If you need your order in 10 days or less from the date of purchase, please message me ahead of time to make sure that I can accommodate your rush order. There is a rush order fee and priority shipping fee for these orders.
Where do I find my shipping date?
On your order invoice you will see an estimated shipping date. Please keep in mind that this is ESTIMATED. I do my best to meet all shipping dates, but every order is made to order and decorated personally by me, so please be aware that shipping dates may need to be pushed back if I have an extra heavy workload during wedding season. Please message me with any concerns.
What is a Need By Date?
A Need By Date is the date that you need to have your items in hand. Please give yourself a few extra days (ex. if your event is on 10/25, please do not write your Need By Date as 10/25, write it as 10/20). Need By Dates are extremely important so that I know exactly when you need to have your items. Letting me know this info from the beginning will make things less stressful for both me and you.
