Frequently asked questions

When will I receive my made-to-order items?

I work a full-time office job on the weekdays and work on Etsy orders on the weekends, so I typically ship in weekly batches on Mondays. Sometimes I have time to ship mid-week, but not always.

If you have already placed the order, check your Etsy order status page for the "scheduled to ship by" section. Etsy takes the longest of my estimated processing time and applies that date automatically to your order. The absolute latest you can expect me to ship your order is by Etsy's scheduled date. Usually, however, I aim to be at *least* one day early.

Can I get them faster than that?

Usually!

Please contact me *before* placing your order if you have a deadline coming up, or you would like a rush order. Most of the time I have the bandwidth to accommodate a rush and squeeze you into an earlier batch.

I never charge for this service, but I would still prefer if you asked me ahead of time, just to make sure I can do it.

If I contact you, how long before I hear back?

The Etsy app pushes a handy little notification to my phone whenever I receive a message, so I'm usually able to respond very quickly to messages. Unless I'm sleeping or working my day job, I will usually get back to you within a few hours.
