My order shows the label has been printed but not yet shipped. When can I expect it to be delivered?
I personally print, package and ship all orders placed. If the tracking number is visible but there's no tracking information it's because USPS failed to scan the package. Your package is still on it's way and will be delivered in the time frame expected.
My order says it was deliverd but I don't have my package. What should I do?
Sometimes the postal service will show an item is delivered when it hasn't been. Wait 24 hours and if your package is still undelivered, please contact me and we can come up with a solution together. More often than not, they will deliver the package after 24 hours of it showing as delivered online.
