Do you offer digital downloads or physical products?
Most of my posters are available as instant digital downloads and in premium paper, canvas, or framed formats, printed locally in US, EU & UK for fast and reliable delivery. If you’re interested in a printed version of a specific design, feel free to reach out – I’ll be happy to help.
Can I request a custom language or text on a poster?
Yes! I’m happy to add text in German, French, Slovak – or another language if you ask.
Do you accept custom orders (sizes, colors, etc.)?
Absolutely. If you need a different size or color accent, just send me a message before ordering.
What happens after I purchase a digital item?
You’ll receive a link from Etsy to instantly download your files. Nothing will be shipped.
What happens after I purchase a printed item?
Your item will be printed locally especially for you and shipped directly from the print partner. Production usually takes a few days before shipping.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
– Digital downloads: non-refundable (files can’t be “returned”).
– Physical items: if there’s a problem with your order (wrong item, damaged in shipping), please contact me and I’ll make it right.
Can I print it myself?
Yes! Digital downloads are high-resolution (300 dpi) and suitable for printing at home, at a local print shop, or online services.
Can I drink wine while waiting for my order?
Highly recommended. In fact, some of my best ideas were born this way.
Can I use the digital files for commercial purposes?
Digital files are for personal use only. Please do not resell, share, or use them for commercial purposes.
