I placed a custom order that they were so nice to fulfill, and not only did the prints come out stunning and vibrant, they also arrived really quickly. I absolutely will be ordering from them again!

Frequently asked questions
Does the shipping price for international orders cover import and custom fees/taxes?
No. Each country's policies are different and it is up to the buyer to cover the import fees/taxes for their country.
Do you offer custom and personalized orders?
We do! Just reach out to us and send us a message and we will see what we can do for you!
Do these prints come with a border?
No. We used to offer prints with borders, but now we only offer full bleed prints.
My Print has been shipped, but it seems to be taking longer than expected. What should I do?
Please contact us and let us know. However, once the poster is picked up by USPS, we are not responsible for overall shipping time. Please contact USPS or your nation's mail carrier for specific details. We will do our best to help facilitate this process, but are not responsible for tracking packages.
My poster is being returned to DreamMachine Prints, what now?
Your poster is being returned by the Post office because the package was shipped to an address which was unrecognized, the package was refused, or was not claimed at the destination post office (International Orders). You will have the option to request a refund minus the shipping cost and a 30% Restocking Fee, or purchase an additional label and attempt a reshipment.
