I contacted seller a few times about delay and she responded promptly and went above and beyond to make up for the delay. This is not my first nape diffuser but by far my favorite. My others wont stay put and spin around. The softness and thickness of this product is perfect and it stays where it should. Nothing but positive things to say about Green Gate Designs. I will definitely shop here again and recommend them to all of my oily friends!!
