Delivery

My Clutch Bags are beautifully wrapped, packaged and dispatched in a Box using ROYAL MAIL.

If you need your bag by a certain date, and in UK, please message me and I can process your order as 'PRIORITY'

If your order is for International Shipping and you need the item by certain date, please message me first before you place your order stating which Country and I will be able to confirm if possible.

International orders are shipped by standard Airmail, no tracking.

PLEASE NOTE: International shipping can only be tracked if buyer upgrades at checkout with 'TRACKED POSTAGE'

I am not liable for loss of items or damages during the delivery process.

Additional policies and FAQs

SHIPPING: In order to keep postage costs low for the buyer, packages are sent by ordinary 1st class mail and have always been delivered safely. Packages to the UK are usually delivered in 2 working days after dispatch and orders to Europe within 3-5 working days after dispatch. I send International shipping as 1st class standard airmail which doesn't have a tracking option, If you would like to track your order, please upgrade shipping at checkout, orders are usually delivered within 5-7 working days after dispatch. IMPORTANT: Please note that these are guidelines only - except payment for a courier delivery service is made, no delivery time is absolutely guaranteed - on some occasions items sent by airmail can take longer than the guideline times due to customs.
DO YOU REQUIRE URGENT DISPATCH ?: Arrangement can be made for your order to be delivered via Fedex Express (1-3 working days) or Fedex Economy (5 working days) - order specifications will be needed for this e.g address, weight of parcel etc in order to give you a quotation, please convo me for details and I can set up a custom listing to meet your specific needs.

CUSTOMS CHARGES: Please note that it is the buyers responsibility to pay any duties, customs and taxes levied by the buyer’s country.
