Welcome to The Heartfelt Chapter

This shop began with a need I couldn’t quite find a solution for.

Becoming a mom meant learning how quickly important information can become scattered between appointments, paperwork, calendars, medications, specialists, notes, and patient portals. I wanted one place that felt organized and practical without feeling cold or clinical.

That need became My Medical Journey, a thoughtfully designed health journal created to help parents and caregivers keep the details of their child’s care together in one place.

Every product in this shop is created with the same goal: to make complicated seasons feel a little more manageable through resources that are both functional and beautiful.

I believe organization can be practical without losing the heart behind it. These aren’t just forms and pages—they’re tools created for real families, real life, and the chapters we never expected to be writing.
