Custom and personalized orders
We do accept custom orders, within a specific parameter. I will accept changes to size, but only within the realm of what my machines can handle. I also will accept custom sayings, but I won't change fonts. Do you see a style of sign you like? Change the saying to be what you want. Not a problem. Feel free to reach out with specifics anytime.
Care instructions
Our products are not intended for outdoor use. The writing on all of our signs is permanent and can be wiped down with a dry or slightly damp lint free cloth.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Yes! We do accept gift wrapping requests. You can purchase gift wrapping when checking out after you mark an item as a gift.
Do you offer the stars used in the staging of the Nativity?
Sadly, those stars are certified Willow Tree brand and we do not have the authorization to sell them. A new, and we think better, version that we make will be available within the next 1-2 months. Stay tuned. :)
