We do not accept cancellations.
Each item in the shop is made to order! Because of our quick turnaround times, orders go to production as soon as an order is placed and we are not able to make any changes or cancellations. Please double (and triple) check your order details before ordering!
Custom and personalized orders
Blankets and Swaddles: For blankets and swaddles that have the option to add the name/text of your choice we have a font preview tool available to see the different font options here: https://bit.ly/4shLVyI
If you request special characters with your text, add additional design notes or have other special color requests your order might experience delays. If these requests are not addressed prior to placing an order we might cancel the order based on what is requested and if it is possible for us to accept the requests.
Clothing: We are only accepting custom or personalized clothing on listings that specifically note the personalization option in the listing.
Order Changes
We begin production on orders as soon as they are placed so that we can keep fulfillment times short. Because of this we are not able to make changes to orders after they have been placed (this includes: Font, Text, Color, Size, Address or Adding/Removing items). Please double check your order details prior to placing an order.
