1 out of 5 starsDO NOT buy from this shop. I placed an order back on June 3rd and emailed her like it told me to with my event date which I did. I didn't get a response but figured maybe there was nothing to respond to. Here it is June 18th and my order hasn't shipped, nor have I received any responses from the messages I have sent. I now have an event this coming weekend and no product.

Susan, This is an oversight on my part. I am deeply sorry for missing your order and the opportunity to share in the celebration of the graduation. As I stated in the message I sent, my store has been in vacation mode for a few years. I had logged in to check the status of the store because I had thought about reopening. I may have activated the store without realizing it. I didn't check notifications because I wasn't expecting orders. I wish I could make this right. Please accept my deepest apology. I am very sorry.

I had ordered two different banners in two different colors and Melissa messaged me making sure that’s what I wanted and that she had the correct information.
