1 out of 5 starsUnfortunately the item never arrived. I reached out to HookUp and they stated the had phone issues and didn't see the order. They apologized and stated they would send the item within 2 days. The item was never sent, nor received. No reply at all after I contacted them twice again. Very disappointed.

5 out of 5 starsThis item is perfect! I can't wait until our son is here to wear it. The seller was wonderful to work with. She made our hat, sent it, and it got lost by the post office. She immediately made a second one and sent it priority mail. I would highly recommend this shop!
