Part 1.
Q: What is the size of the Lament Configuration box?
A: 3"x3"x3" rounded up. *** exact size measures 4" diagonally; 3" squared; 2.875"x2.875"x2.875"
Q: What is the Lament Configuration box made out of?
A: Wood.
Q: What does the description mean by hollow inside & solid outside in regards to the Lament Configuration box.
A: The box is made of wood panels that do not come apart unless broken. It is not a solid wood block and only weighs roughly 5 ounces.
Q: Is the design a sticker?
A: It is a high quality gold foil laminate which can be called a type of sticker. It will not come off without extreme force due to being adhered and a protective coating applied to the entire box once finished.

Q: Can the Lament Configuration box be cut in half or opened?
A: You can do with your box as you please, however, we are not responsible for any damages you cause to your own product. We will not replace a box of you have tampered with it.
Q: My product is damaged, can it be refunded?
A: We do not issue refunds for damages caused by anyone other than ourselves
Picture proof is required for any claims. Pictures must include the damaged item and the shipping box with label.
Shipping and Handling Timeframes
Q: I just ordered my product, when will it be shipped?
A: The shipping time frames are given with each listing. By purchasing an item we have the right to ship early, or at the end of the timeframe window. It is stated clearly in the title and shipping description,

A: If you are in need of an item immediately, do not place your order first and then contact us. We do not ship priority without prior consent as the shipping cost will increase. Please contact us to inquire and make arrangements.
Tracking and Delivery
Q: I ordered a product and the tracking says delivered, but I don't have it.
A: we ship via USPS with tracking info provided on all items. You can check tracking on the USPS.com website and unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You would need to file a claim with your post office. We offer additional insurance as well.
Q: Are these air bubbles under the gold foil of the Lament Configuration box?
A: there are no air bubbles UNDER the gold foil. Each box is coated with lacquer which while drying can sometimes create a small bubble due to oxygen in the air. We try our best so that bubbles do not occur, but it occasionally can happen when dealing with lacquer.
Declines of sales / cancelled orders
We reserve the right to cancel an order or decline a sale for any reason. Any order that is cancelled or declined will be fully refunded and the amount of time for the refund to be processed depends entirely on Etsy’s processing timeframes and the financial institution used for the original payment.
Customer requested cancellations incur a 20% restocking fee.
Returns / replacements
We reserve the right to accept or decline a return/replacement depending on the circumstances. If we accept a return, item, it must be mailed back to us in the same condition it was received. If the item is a damaged goods claim (meaning it was a damaged item we sent) and the item comes back with more damages than initially claimed, only a partial refund will be issued. Any items returned must be in the same condition as received.
If the item was damaged in transit you must file a claim through the shipping carrier USPS.
Return shipping cost is on the customer unless it is our mistake. Proof is required.
We reserve the right to issue a 20% handling and restocking fee.
Answering Messages
We will not respond to rude and impolite messages. Please be respectful and professional.
False accusations and misrepresentation will also result in no communication.
Normal messages will be responded to within 24 hours unless deemed spam.
Covid-19 Shipping and Processing Timeframes
New Updated Shipping Policy and Processing Timeframe due to Covid-19, current as of November 2nd, 2020.
Shipping and processing timeframes have been delayed and extended due to the Covid-19 outbreak and government restrictions that have been put into place. We are still running at full speed with creating new items for you to enjoy.
The time it takes for us to ship out your orders (processing timeframe) ranges from 5-9 business days once you place your order. We are only shipping packages once and sometimes twice a week. Most items are in stock and ready to ship, but still apply to our once a week USPS drop off. We ship packages every Thursday and occasionally on Mondays.
Thank you for being patient and for your understanding.
Missing/Lost Packages and Wrong Addresses
Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to a wrong address and the item is returned, you provided you will be responsible for re-shipping costs. Please keep track of your delivery day via the tracking that is provided for every order so you know when its being delivered. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense.
First class mail does not come with insurance. If a package is lost or the tracking hasn’t moved, you must contact the shipping carrier USPS at 1800-ASK-USPS with the tracking for resolution. We cannot replace lost mail unless you pay extra for added insurance.
