5 out of 5 starsWell made, immediate delivery- it is just as described by other reviewers, you need to at least have some proficiency with Photoshop. A good product and would buy again. Only wish artist could also customize the word 'Graduate' which was correctly described as a graphic.

Files are layered Photoshop files. Adobe Photoshop or Photoshop Elements and a working knowledge of either program is required to edit the files. Please check the templates for correct colors (colors will vary from your monitor to the final printed piece - your monitor displays colors in RGB and most photo labs print in CMYK), bleed, and safe zone before printing. Hummingbird Press is not responsible for printing errors. Please create a backup of your file in the event of data loss. It is prohibited to share or resell the templates in part or whole.

Frequently asked questions
What software is required to customize the templates?
The full version of Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Photoshop Elements is required. Templates are compatible with a PC or Mac.
Is it difficult to customize the templates?
The templates are user friendly, but you must have a working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Photoshop Elements. Basic instructions are included. Templates are not recommended for beginners.
I can't open the Instructions PDF. How do I open it?
You need to update Adobe Reader (a free program from Adobe.com), or install it if you don't have it. If you prefer not to download Adobe Reader, contact me through Etsy and I'll send you jpg files instead. Otherwise Adobe Reader can be downloaded at: acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/acrobat/pdf-reader.html?promoid=C4SZ2XDR&mv=other
What can be customized in the templates?
Unless noted, every element in the template is layered and fully customizable. Occasionally artwork or word art can only be customized minimally. Please read the template description carefully.
Are the fonts included with my order? How to I install the fonts?
Due to copyright laws the font files cannot be distributed. You will receive a Font List.txt with your order that contains links to download the free fonts used in the design. The following link has instructions to install a font on a Mac or PC: www.dafont.com/faq.php. You can also contact me through Etsy for assistance.
My download is a zip file. What’s a zip and how do I work with it?
A zip file compresses all of the files associated with a template into one file for download. To open your zip file, follow the steps below.
Mac Users: Save or drag the zip file to the location you want your files to be. Double-click on the zip file to open it.
PC Users: Save or drag the zip file to your desktop. Right-click on on the zip file and select “Extract All”. The files will extract to your desktop. Use the “Select a Destination” window to save the files to a different location.
Do you offer refunds?
I cannot give refunds due to the digital nature of the products. Please contact me with any questions prior to purchase.
What may I do with the templates?
The templates are created for professional photographic uses which includes the following:
1. Create finished products for yourself and/or your photography clients such as cards, albums, collages etc.
2. Create marketing materials for your studio, both online and in print.
3. Showcase products you’ve created with the templates / designs using your photos, both online and in print.
Where can I order the products once I've customized the template?
Flat 5x7 cards can be printed at any photo lab such as Millers Lab, Pro DPI, WHCC etc. Many products are formatted to be ordered from a specific photo lab, the lab will be noted in the template description. You will need to create an account with the photo lab to order their products.
I don’t have Photoshop or Photoshop Elements; can you customize a template for me?
At this time I'm unable to offer customization services.
