How do I give you the personalization information to order your products?
Enter the required information in the personalization box before you add the item to your cart. If you're using an old version of Etsy and do not see the personalization box, please copy the required information listed and paste that info with your selections in the notes to seller box on the checkout screen prior to submitting your order. Any questions, please ask!
When will my order ship?
Please refer to our announcement as we provide accurate processing time information there. Business days are Monday-Friday with the exception of national holidays. If *FOR EXAMPLE our current turnaround time in our shop announcement is 5-7 business days*, you can expect that your order will be made within the 5th and 7th business day after ordering. During the prior days your item is ordered and delivered from on manufacturer, or is reserved from our in stock inventory, and your digital design is made. Your order is then placed in our order queue and all other orders we have prior to yours are being made and shipped. Once it is your order date's production day your order is embroidered and shipped out (usually on the same day!
I sent a conversation or e-mail, when will I hear back from you?
I work Monday-Friday during normal business hours (Eastern Standard Time). All conversations and e-mails are responded to within a 24 hour period during business days. Nationwide holidays may affect response time. I do not work on weekends.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Your shipping options are available on the checkout screen. Depending on the size of your order, you will have different prices and methods shown to you.
USPS First Class Mai Is Now Ground Advantage (Standard) 2-5 estimated business days in transit - does not come with insurance.
USPS Priority Mail 1-3 estimated business days + insurance.

Do you give discounts for ordering multiples?
Depending on the item, group orders may receive a discount. Please inquire for further information.
Do you offer returns for non personalized items?
All of our products are considered personalized as they are all made to order. We do not offer returns or exchanges for any of our products as the methods we use are permanent and cannot be undone nor redone.
Do you embroider logos?
No, we do not embroider logos onto our products.
