We generally have a quick turnaround. If you need your order for a particular date please send us a message and we will let you know if the date is possible.

We ship via USPS and will send an email with tracking once the item ships. Priority mail is offered as an option, please be aware that Priority Mail is not a guaranteed service by the USPS and we cannot guarantee the exact day your package will arrive.

Because of the custom nature of our products we are unable accept returns or provide refunds. We will gladly replace any item that arrives damaged just send us a photo of the item along with the original packing material the item came in and we will ship out a replacement immediately.

All of our items are custom made to order so most changes are possible. Just send us a message with what your looking for and we will let you know if it's possible.

Yes we do! International shipping does not guarantee tracking information or an estimated time of delivery. We do not collect customs fees. If custom fees are charged they are the responsibility of the buyer.

After proof approval your item will be printed AS IS so please be sure to let us know if there’s anything you would like us to correct including grammar, spelling punctuation and upper/lower casing. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer complimentary remakes when a proof has been approved. Please see our remake policy in our shop FAQ for further information on remaking your item.

If an item needs to be remade for any reason, we will offer a discount of 30%. This policy includes errors and omissions from approved proofs as well as items damaged or lost by the buyer. Please let us know if you would like to order a remake and we will send you a coupon code to complete the purchase.

As of 4/20 we are seeing orders take as long as 3 weeks to arrive within the US. International mail has been over 6 weeks.

STANDARD SHIPPING: The Post Office is no longer regularly scanning packages. Packages may not be scanned until delivery, or possibly not at all. Items shipped with tracking will not be considered "LOST" unless they show no movement for more than 15 business days

PRIORITY SHIPPING - The USPS is no longer guaranteeing times for Priority and Priority Express. Items shipped with Priority or Priority Express will not be considered "LOST" unless they show no movement for more than 15 business days

AFTER 15 BUSINESS DAYS your package will be considered lost. We will refund or replace, your choice.
