HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY FILES?

After purchasing a digital item the files are available for download immediately after your payment is confirmed.

1. Log in to your Etsy account and go to YOU (top right).
2. Select PURCHASES AND REVIEWS from the dropdown menu.
3. Find your purchase and click the blue button DOWNLOAD FILES.

Please note this needs to be done on a computer or laptop, not on a phone, tablet or iPad.

WHAT IS THE BEST PAPER TO PRINT ON?

I recommend printing on thick / ultra thick paper or cardstock. The better the quality of paper you use the better the quality of print you will get.

I really like matte texture and ultra white paper but its really your personal preference.

Most print shops have a range of paper and card to choose from, and when printing online you can usually choose from a number of options.

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO PRINT DIGITAL FILES?

1. You can print at home or in your office.

2. Upload or email files to a local print shop and collect them locally, e.g. Staples, Costco etc.

3. Upload you files to an online printing service and have them mailed out, e.g. shutterfly, snapfish and mpix.

CAN THIS PRINT BE MADE IN A DIFFERENT SIZE?

Most prints can be made smaller, but only some can be enlarged without reducing print quality. Send me a message prior to purchasing if you're interested in a size that is not listed.
