Q: Are the templates ATS-friendly?
A: Yes. They use a clean structure (no tables, icons, or graphics that commonly break parsing) and role-specific keywords for insurance/surety roles.
Q: Do I need Microsoft Word?
A: Word is recommended, but every listing also includes a Google Docs version. Open the link → File → Make a copy to edit.
Q: Can I open/edit in Apple Pages or Canva?
A: You can try, but I officially support Word and Google Docs to preserve layout and ATS compatibility.
Q: My download didn’t appear. What do I do?
A: Go to You → Purchases & Reviews and click Download Files. Still stuck? Message me, and I’ll provide an alternative delivery method.
Q: Are the numbers/metrics real?
A: They’re placeholders. Use the included Metrics Menu to replace with accurate, supportable results from your experience.
Q: Will you review or rewrite my resume?
A: The shop sells DIY templates/guides. I can answer quick questions via messages, but full reviews or coaching aren’t included.
Q: Can I use these files for clients or to resell?
A: No. Your purchase is personal-use only and may not be redistributed, shared, or resold in any form.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Because these are digital downloads, all sales are final. If there’s a file or access issue, I’ll rectify it.
Q: What if a template doesn’t match my role exactly?
A: Start with the closest role and tailor. Each bundle includes a STAR Answer Bank and Designation/Keywords guide to help you customize quickly.
