How do I access my editable template?
After your purchase, you’ll receive a PDF download with a link to your editable Canva template. Simply click the link, log into your Canva account (or sign up for free), and start editing right away!
What if I need help editing my file?
We're here to help! Just send us a message on Etsy and we’ll respond as quickly as possible to walk you through it.
What parts of the design can I change?
You can edit all text, including names, dates, times, fonts, and colors. The background artwork is locked to protect the design and is not editable.
Can I reuse the template for more than one event?
Each purchase is licensed for personal, one-time use only. Please purchase a separate license if you wish to use the template again for another event or person.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Once your purchase is completed and the digital file or template link has been delivered, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
