All jewelry comes with a black and gold velvet box that says "Jewel Princess with our diamond crown logo on the inside. We have a light box available for purchase for $20 if you would like that as an alternative. Packages can come wrapped in colorful tissue paper upon request.

All items we have listed are available for custom order in different metal types, colors, and stone sizes and types. Custom or made to order pieces take approximately 1 to 6 weeks depending on the item. Engraving is available also on necklaces and rings of most varieties for no additional charge.

If you need a size that is not listed, or an "in between" size, just let us know in the notes. We can do quarter sizes for all products except Tungsten rings. For a size slightly smaller than size 4, indicate size 4+ in the comments, or for a size slightly smaller than 4.5, indicate 4.5-. For products that require more than one size for multiple items, please let us know in the notes.

Wholesale is a major part of our business. We are happy to provide you any of our goods wholesale at a lower price. Please message us to discuss.

We have been in the business for over 20 years. We are members of the American Gem Trade Association, and I have a Graduate Gemologist degree from the Gemological Institute of America. In order to be a member you must adhere to strict ethical and moral guidelines, and we would NEVER misrepresent anything. Upon request, we can provide you an appraisal certifying authenticity and value at no additional charge. Feel free to take the jewelry anywhere and ask them to authenticate the merchandise.

We include engraving free of charge on any ring that is wide enough to be engraved. Usually rings need to be at least 4 mm wide to be engraved.

I accept returns and exchanges as long as we are notified within 7 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item, and the item must not be worn or damaged. You must pay shipping for return. There is a $150 restocking fee for all returns. I accept exchanges with no fee as long as I am notified within 7 days of receiving your item, and your item is shipped back to me within 14 days of receiving your item. Exchanges must be for equal value or higher and the restocking fee is waived. You must pay return shipping fees.

We ship everywhere in the US. If for some reason one of our listings indicates it is not available internationally, please let us know and we'll change that right away.
