Welcome to my shop !

It's my hope that you will find something to love.
All items are based on original designs and handmade by myself in my studio with my knitting machine/knitting needles, yarns and sewing needles. I use only the most luxurious fibers. No synthetic blends, only the best, made to the highest standards.

Shipping

I ship 3-5 business days after your order, unless noted otherwise. All orders are shipped in registered mail using Hellenic Postal Office, in a post envelope with bubbles via International A Priority Mail.You will be notified about your tracking number through an email from etsy.

Shipments to EU countries takes 2-5 days and for the overseas orders (USA, Canada, Australia,etc) 7-15 working days to receive.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS OUTSIDE EU
Buyers outside EU may have to pay custom fees and responsible for paying them is the buyer.

Additional policies and FAQs

After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email via Etsy, that is your ORDER INVOICE and your only confirmation of your order needed. I do not send an additional email (actually i do )out to you once your order has been placed.

You will also receive a confirmation email from Paypal as a receipt for your payment. (If you do not receive this, then you probably have not completed the Paypal portion of your order.)
Custom Orders will not be refundable.
