How do I care for my new bandana?
Be gentle with your pups bandana (especially if it has vinyl lettering on it)! Hand wash and lay flat to dry.
Specifics on your sizes?
XSMALL/SMALL - These sizes are perfect for small toy breeds
MEDIUM - This fits our very own Westie, and other dogs around 10-15 lbs.
MEDIUM/LARGE - Perfect for those pups in between sizes, appx 15-25lbs. We may not have this size available in all listings, but you can always buy a large and leave us a note to cut it down to a M/L
LARGE - This size fit both our beagle who is 40lbs (of love) and our lab who is 60lbs. This is our most popular size
XLARGE - Are for those pups who have a looot to love. 65+ lbs and especially those with longer fur.
XXLARGE - Great fit for big huge pups, contact me with which bandana you'd like and we will double check we have enough fabric to make it!
What happens if the bandana I bought doesn't fit my dog?
We'd love to help! Reach out to and let us know what happened, we'll work something out, however per our shop policies we do not accept returns on personalized items!
What do I do if I need my order on a time crunch?
We have two options, one expedites our own processing time, and the other expedites USPS's processing time.
1) Add our "Rush My Order" listing to your order for only $6, this bumps your order to the top of our order list and ensures that your order will get in the mail by the very next BUSINESS day!
2) Upgrade your shipping profile at checkout, this expedites how long USPS takes to get your order to you.
You can choose to add one or both of these options, totally up to you!
