Product came just as advertised

I ordered early part of May 2022 and it's not middle of June I still don't have my pen nor has the seller reached out to me. No communication at all and I messaged customer service and still no response !!

I would NOT recommend ordering from this seller. I was a returning customer but this order was a disaster. First there was a very long delay in shipping. I finally got a response that there was a supply issue. Totally understood- finally got items and one had the wrong name. Seller replied she would send the correct one. Never received corrected item. This has been going on for months now. Seller will not respond to messages of why I never got the pen. I have sent multiple messages with no response. I will have to deal with Etsy to try to get my money back, I guess. Beautiful work but HORRIBLE customer service. Order at your own risk of NEVER receiving item and losing your money.

This seller is 100% unreliable. The order should have shipped between the 16th and 23rd. I reached out on the 27th and was promised it would be shipped the 28th. It is June 2nd and still hasn’t been shipped. No excuse for this unprofessional behavior. If you have an emergency contact your buyer to ask for more time or offer a refund.

Exceptional quality, I have purchased twice now. Fast delivery, prompt response. Packaging for delivery was professional and care was taken which shows that they are a trustworthy business. Highly recommend!

My order arrived and the cup and pen are really nice. The pen is easy to write with and super cute! The cup is very nice, I love the shape and the design is cute.

Never recieved. Ordered april 1st. its April 23. Still hasnt shipped.
