How can I speak to customer service to resolve this? Do I have to jump through hoops? The duvet is too flat with very little fill power in many boxes. Please respond.

Loft, or fill power, measures the fluffiness and insulating ability of down. Higher fill power means greater warmth and breathability with less weight—ideal for hot sleepers, such as an 800 fill power duvet that feels light yet cozy. For those who prefer extra warmth with a bit more weight and substance, we recommend a winter fill with a slightly denser 600 to 700 loft for a snug and substantial feel.
