5 out of 5 starsVery courteous customer service, very nice bag. The fabric is quite thin for a bag, which is probably necessary for its multifunctionality, but it could be a bit thicker. The print and leather straps are very pretty. Everything was packaged very attractively and with care, and included a nice instruction manual.

5 out of 5 starsI love the design and the quality of my furoshiki and hinoki long pole set to hang it. I originally ordered two hinoki poles as I didn’t realise it was a set. Kyoko was very helpful and refunded the price of the second set straight away.
